Partner agreement

1. Parties
This agreement is between [OPEN: legal entity name], GSTIN [OPEN: GSTIN]("RainbowHome", "we") and the installer or service partner ("Partner", "you") who accepts these terms at sign-up.
2. What RainbowHome provides
RainbowHome is a neutral lead aggregator. We route customer enquiries ("leads") in your served states and verticals to your dashboard. We do not perform installation or take responsibility for the work you contract directly with the customer.
3. Lead fees & billing
You are charged a per-lead acceptance fee per the published pricing for the lead's vertical and state tier. Fees are debited from your prepaid credit balance at the moment you accept a lead. Current rates: [OPEN: pricing schedule — see #13/#14].
4. Refunds
Lead-fee refunds are governed by the Refund policy. In summary, a lead may be refunded if it is provably invalid (wrong number, duplicate, out-of-area) within [OPEN: refund window].
5. Your obligations
You will contact accepted leads promptly, represent your credentials accurately, hold the registrations you claim (MNRE empanelment, IS 15797, BWSSB/CMWSSB panels where applicable), and comply with all applicable law including DPDP when handling customer data we share with you.
6. Reviews
Customers may review you. Reviews are moderated before publishing. You may respond once per review. We may remove reviews that breach our content rules.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or repeated customer complaints. You may stop accepting leads at any time. Unused prepaid credit is handled per the Cancellation policy.
8. Liability
RainbowHome is not a party to the contract between you and the customer and is not liable for the installation, its performance, or any subsidy outcome. [OPEN: liability cap + indemnity — counsel]
9. Governing law
