Estimates (anonymous).When you complete a calculation we store the state, your monthly bill, the calculator's output (recommended kW, subsidy, savings), and optional coarse location (city + 6-digit pincode). We do not store your name, full address, lat/lng, email, or phone in the estimate record.

Leads (only when you ask).If you click "Get a free site survey" we collect your name, phone, optional email, and a record of your consent.

• Estimates: improving the calculator and producing aggregate analytics about adoption.
• Leads: connecting you with one or more certified installer partners for the purpose of arranging a site survey.

Estimates are retained for 24 months from creation. Lead records are retained for 12 months from creation. After that, records are deleted.

Lead data is shared with installer partners and, where applicable, financing partners (banks / NBFCs offering PM Surya Ghar-aligned solar loans or general home-improvement loans for rainwater harvesting) only with your explicit consent at the moment of submission, and only for the purposes of arranging a site survey or surfacing a loan offer.

This covers both the solar vertical (rooftop solar installations) and the water vertical (rainwater harvesting installations). Lead routing in both verticals respects your selection of a specific installer or financer.

We use the following processors: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Plausible (analytics), Sentry (error tracking), Resend (transactional email).

Plausible is cookieless. Sentry session replay sets cookies and is enabled only if you accept on the cookie banner.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw any consent you have previously given.
