1. What this covers
RainbowHome charges installer/service partners a per-lead acceptance fee. Estimates and lead enquiries are free for homeowners — there is nothing for a homeowner to be refunded. This policy governs partner lead-fee refunds and any AMC subscription charges.
2. Lead-fee refunds (partners)
A lead-acceptance fee is refunded to your credit balance if:
- the contact details are invalid (disconnected / wrong number);
- the lead is a duplicate of one you already accepted;
- the lead is outside your served state or vertical; or
- the enquiry is spam or test data attributable to RainbowHome.
Request a refund within [OPEN: refund window, e.g. 7 days] of accepting the lead, from your dashboard. We review and credit valid claims within [OPEN: SLA, e.g. 5 business days].
3. AMC subscriptions
AMC subscription charges are [OPEN: refundable? pro-rata? — counsel]. A completed maintenance visit is non-refundable once signed off by the customer.
4. How refunds are returned
Lead-fee refunds are credited to your prepaid balance. Where a refund to the original payment method is required by law, it is processed via Razorpay to the source within [OPEN: bank SLA, e.g. 5–7 business days].
