Cancellation policy

Estimates and lead enquiries are free. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and personal data at any time per our Privacy policy. Any installation contract you sign is directly with the partner, and its cancellation terms are between you and them.

You may stop accepting leads or close your partner account at any time from your dashboard. Closing your account stops all future billing.

On account closure, unused prepaid lead credit is not applicable during our initial launch, as prepaid credit is not yet offered; full terms will be published before it is.

An AMC subscription can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing cycle; charges already captured follow the Refund policy. Visits already completed and signed off are not reversed.
