1. Homeowners

Estimates and lead enquiries are free. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and personal data at any time per our Privacy policy. Any installation contract you sign is directly with the partner, and its cancellation terms are between you and them.

2. Partner accounts

You may stop accepting leads or close your partner account at any time from your dashboard. Closing your account stops all future billing.

3. Unused prepaid credit

On account closure, unused prepaid lead credit is [OPEN: refundable / forfeited / 90-day window — counsel].

4. AMC subscription cancellation

An AMC subscription can be cancelled with [OPEN: notice period] notice. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing cycle; charges already captured follow the Refund policy. Visits already completed and signed off are not reversed.
